A few people have e-mailed me recently to let me know that they ordered my "Write Any Book in Under 28 Days" CD course, but instead received another product called the UK Drivers Guide.
My publishers, WCCL, have confirmed that there was a mix-up at their distribution centre, and a few people were unfortunately sent the wrong CD. If that applies to you, therefore, please don't suffer in silence!
The best thing to do is go straight to WCCL's customer service website at www.myhelphub.com and raise a ticket there. My publishers will then arrange for the correct CD to be sent to you. Incidentally, if you are having any technical problems at all with my courses (or any other WCCL software), Myhelphub.com is the place to go for support.

I am very frustrated having received the wrong cd and the feeling of being cheated. Now that I have found out on your website it makes me frustrated you didn't go ahead and resend cd's to the folks who purchased them and I will have to wait another couple of weeks to receive it.

Okay now I am even more frustrated. I just received a #10 voucher and I purchase your cd, I would get it for 29.95 not the 39.95 I have already paid for your course which I didn't receive. Now that I know this I expect the correct cd and at least a $10 refund making the total only $29.95.

Very sorry to hear about the problems you've had. My publishers are indeed resending the correct CD to anyone who received the wrong one. If you have't received yours yet, can I ask that you go to my publisher's customer support website at http://www.myhelphub.com and raise a ticket there? One of their customer support staff should then be able to resolve matters for you. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
