As you may know, even when you delete a file from your PC and empty the Recycle Bin, the file remains on your computer's hard drive until eventually it is over-writen. In this 'deleted' form it is normally invisible, but with the correct software it can still be viewed and - if you wish - recovered.

Your course was great. The customer service at WCCL is getting worse by the day. I have ordered a new product and they will not respond to my emails or send the product. Can you help?

WCCL's customer service website, Myhelphub.com, is not set up to receive emails, so if you have emailed them, they will not have seen your messages.
What you need to do is raise a ticket at www.myhelphub.com. One of their technicians will then get back to you with an answer, normally within 24 hours.
